Nose – Bright spice and freshly crushed red fruits

Palate – Juicy, light and fresh with great aromatic spice dancing around with great texture and delicate tannins

Drink – Now through to 2031 and beyond

Food Match – From a pork chop to confit duck leg or goat curry, Grenache is your wingman

Oak Maturation – None – nope, not even a little bit

Vinification –  Hand-picked, with 20 whole bunch included in the ferment. Bunches stripped by hand after 10 days and then spent another 22 days on skins. Hand plunged and ever so gently pressed to hang on to the Grenache brightness

Volume –  1000 cases produced Only 20 cases remaining !

Technical –  Minimal sulphites

Alcohol Content – 13%, approximately 7.6 standard drinks
